Developed as part of the National Housing Program under Saudi Vision 2030, the project was shaped to support evolving living standards within a clear residential framework. QDC was appointed to lead the architectural design of the complex’s villa types, delivering 45 villas that balanced privacy, safety, and budget discipline within a coherent urban residential development.
