Overview
Developed in collaboration with The World Bank and Monshaat, the project repositions two office buildings as a more structured environment for creative teamwork and entrepreneurial exchange. Open-plan coworking areas invite startups and founders from different industries to gather, share knowledge, and develop ideas, while modular planning and a subtle executive character give the workplace a stronger sense of flexibility and credibility.
