What defines the project is the way it brings multiple modes of use into a seamless commercial setting. Q Design used the full site to create a mall where shopping, office life, and leisure feel closely connected, with water features enriching the visitor experience, ground-floor circulation opening the project to the city, and food and beverage areas positioned to support nearby workplaces.
