Overview
Rather than treating the building as a commercial shell in need of a simple update, the project responded to it as a known destination with lasting local significance. The façade renovation introduced a more polished visual identity through lighting and signage, while wider improvements in accessibility and safety helped reposition the shopping center with greater clarity, quality, and care.
