Commissioned by the King Salman Philanthropic Foundation, the project was designed to accommodate business visitors entering the Kingdom with investment in mind. The apartments were developed to feel comfortable, versatile, and well resolved, while the building’s position on King Abdullah Road strengthens its value through close access to the airport and the city’s main meeting destinations.
